I am a self defined ‘original disrupter’ of life. Continuously seeking the edge of the unknown and often leaping with my eyes closed in love, full of passion, with grace, trusting a stumble and a fall to humble me and help me grow.

11 years ago I found myself stuck in the comfort of a life I thought I ‘should’ be living, checking all the “right” boxes. In a single compounded moment, I realized the reflection I saw in the mirror was disconnected and closed off to the growth my heart desired. I imploded my life, and made a wholehearted choice to create a life of LOVE, PASSION, and ADVENTURE for my self and my daughter. Mostly, I made a commitment to myself to DO THE WORK to create the life I want!

My rich experience of movement practices have served as the initial gateway to embody my fullest self-expression. I have leaned into artistic alchemy and embodiment to mold a language to my gifts and craft. Trusting the journey of Becoming and revealing a spiritual connection to Source and Self. 

I am the visionary of ‘Discover Your Pura Vida’ - Adventure, Cultural and Yoga Retreats, founder of ‘Be Vida, Discover Movement,’ and Be Vida, Bouquets. I use my bold ability to intuitively listen, feel, create, and guide others in movement exploration through coaching, classes, retreats, art, and performance. I take powerful risks into the unknown and empower others to intuitively trust themselves, to lead with love, and inspire heart to heart connection.

I integrate the magic of movement and the raw lessons of life and love into my Heart Focused Coaching. I believe in people's innate ability to unlock personal power and transformation by moving with and into the unknown depths of self with love and movement (in various forms). I value the power of unconditional love, belonging, and aligned action/energy. Coupled with physical, mental, creative, and spiritual movement to unleash the essence of self-discovery and liberation for all. 

With me, you will discover a conversation of asana and inquiry, sensation and vulnerability, discomfort and bravery to awaken and empower your movement voice. You will find yourself at unknown cusps’ with excitement, community, in love, and at home in the essence of your whole self!
